RARAE is designed to allow adults to become successful learners and effective members of society through speaking, reading, writing, math, and workplace skill learning opportunities.  The program offers opportunities for all adult learners to participate in educational and training opportunities in a rapidly changing society.

To actively engage, enroll, empower, and employ adults within our local community. We are dedicated to equipping individuals with employable skills, fostering the development of their speaking and literacy abilities, and facilitating high school completion.
